Birendra Kumar Bindhani

Associate Professor

Dr. Bindhani has more than 18 years of teaching experiences and more than 15 years of research experiences in the different fields of Life Sciences & Nano biotechnology. Presently, he has been working as Associate Professor-I in the School of Biotechnology, KIIT Deemed to be University, Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India. Dr. Bindhani has D. Sc. Degree in the emerging field of Plant Nano biotechnology. He has availed Senior Research Fellowship from CSIR, Government of India and also recipient of Sorojini G. Panigrahi young scientist award for the best presentation of research paper from Orissa Botanical Society. Research interests of his laboratory include: Plant Tissue Culture, Plant Biotechnology and Nanobiotechnology. Dr. Bindhani has already been produced 4 Ph. D. Scholars under his active supervision. So far, he has published numbers of peer reviewed International & National reputed Journals papers, Text books and chapters in books.
