Dr. Suresh K. Verma

Scientist

Dr. Suresh K. Verma, Scientist at KIIT School of Biotechnology, leads interdisciplinary research bridging materials science and biotechnology under the DBT-BUILDER project, Govt. of India. A postdoctoral fellow at Karolinska Institute and Uppsala University in Nanobiotechnology, he contributed to the EU Horizon 2020 Graphene Flagship and earned the Carl Tryggers Fellowship (Sweden). His work appears in leading journals including Science Advances, Green Chemistry, and Materials Today. An Editor for Scientific Reports (Springer Nature) and reviewer for top Elsevier, Springer, and Wiley journals, he became a Member of the Royal Society of Chemistry (MRSC) in 2023. He currently coordinates KIIT’s Zebrafish Research and Advanced Imaging Facilities.
