Proficient researcher and teaching professor with postdoctoral experience from Germany and France in projects of yeast molecular biology, food matrix interaction, DNA finger printing for food traceability. Current specialization is in nutraceuticals and functional foods.
I am a founder Member of Gut Leben Inc, San Diego (GUT LEBEN | (gutlebenhealth.com). Contributed as Research Director from 2017 in developing nutrient based solutions for chronic disorders like diabetes, CVD, cognitive functions and inflammation. Gut Leben Inc vision is to come up with preventive nutritive solutions and the mission is to bring forth convenient, super-charged, plant-based nutrition to the world. Exploring cutting-edge food technologies like high pressure processing for maximum retention of nutrients.
